Bridget L. Roberts


CEO, Physicians Group Services

As a high-performing healthcare executive, Bridget Roberts brings more than 19 years experience to the operations, staffing, training and development of leading-edge medical companies. Ms. Roberts has had intimate involvement on every administrative level. She has effectively directed and supported operations, services and solutions as an account and billing specialist and systems analyst with PCP Financial Services and now currently serves as chief executive officer of Physicians Group Services (PGS).

In her role with PGS, Roberts has optimized organizational productivity, reduced staff turnover and discovered cost-saving solutions to operational challenges. Her leadership brings financial growth of PGS and its brands, ultimately increasing the quality of care for patients and providers.

Ms. Roberts has a Ph.D. and MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, North Florida campus and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Florida. She is committed to serving the needs of patients and providers, leading the planning and achievement of goals and objectives consistent with PGS’ mission and philosophy. PGS aims to provide the highest quality of care from pediatrics to geriatrics through advanced, modern treatments, while fostering clean and inviting patient centers with highly-trained staff.

Scott Quinn

COO, Physicians Group Services

Scott Quinn is the Chief Operations Officer for Physicians Group Services. He has more than 10 years of experience as a leader in the business of healthcare. Quinn’s experience includes building teams, expanding and restructuring organizations, and developing new business opportunities. Quinn has served since 2018 with PGS as PCP Financial’s Director of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC). Prior to joining PCP Financial, he was the chief operational officer/chief financial officer for a large orthopedics group in Northeast Florida and director of business development for a medical clinic in Jacksonville. In his previous roles, he oversaw the addition of two medical clinics and their professional staffing, increased the physical therapy division with significant financial return, and lobbied for relevant healthcare legislation to help patients acquire better healthcare opportunities. He also improved customer service through staff training.

Drawing on this experience, he has worked to improve healthcare services, staffing, and financial stability for Physicians Group Services. His service improves the patient experience at PGS’ healthcare facilities.

Quinn earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance at the University of Illinois. He was awarded the 2015 Money Master Award from the Jacksonville Business Journal and has served as a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Executives, the Florida Orthopedic Society and the Bones Society of Florida. Chris Glenn


CFO, Physicians Group Services

Chris Glenn, Chief Financial Officer for Physicians Group Services, has more than 16 years of experience in healthcare finance and operations. He began his career with HCA Healthcare in Nashville, Tennessee as an internal auditor. He rose to the position of CFO at Orange Park Medical Center where he was responsible for the Accounting, Case Management, Patient Access, Supply Chain, IT&S and HIM departments. Glenn has also served in roles as Chief Staffing Officer (CSO) and the Ethics & Compliance Officer (ECO).

As CFO for PGS, Glenn will use his extensive experience to assist with strategic business plan development, service line expansion, capital deployment, forecasting, programmatic development, contract negotiation and will oversee the company’s revenue cycle, accounting, billing, and quality departments.

Glenn has an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro and a BBA in Accounting from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. He is committed to serving the needs of patients and providers, leading the financial planning with achievement of goals and objectives consistent with PGS’ mission and philosophy.
